**** OFFICIAL 2015 Flopnut's Fatties Weight-loss Thread****

We didn't do it last year but we did it two years ago and I'm bringing it back. Post in here if you want to drop some poundage and I'll add you to the main post. Set yourself a goal and then post in here to be held accountable. If you want....we can track your weight-loss all year long and then crown a winner at the end of the year. I know in the past that posters have put up prizes (not necessary).

Let's do this shit....

FYI: This is not a thread to start arguments over which way is the best way to lose weight. There are different ways for different people. Keep the stupid shit out of this thread.

I guarantee you you would be more satisfied with a nice steaming hot bowl of my oatmeal and homemade applesauce (also cheap to make).

And a big bowl of it has only 200 calories.

Well I'm on keto, so I'm not eating that.

Also I work at 5 am, wake up at 4 am, and I don't have the time to cook in the morning. This suits me well, and I will keep buying them when they are on sale.

It takes me two minutes to make oatmeal.

You're not going to be on keto the rest of your life.

Take my wisdom and become enriched by it.

Don't take it personally. I'm more angry at the quest company. Lots of scams in "health food." The classics never go out of style.

It's not health food, it's junk food, that is low carb friendly. And delicious. There's not really much you can eat that tastes like cookies on this diet. And it holds me off til lunch.

There is nothing wrong with Quest bars. Just like there is nothing wrong if you buy a pop, or have ice cream, or chips sometimes. They have protein, not a ton of calories and can be treated like a meal replacement or treat if you are dieting and not eating sweets.

A fool and his money.

I've spent less than $100 on the Chiefs in the last 4 years.
