Just look at some of the numbers around the league today. We're lucky to have him as our QB.

It's not hard to figure out.

Alex prefers to throw between the hashes and short.

He can, and has the arm, to throw long but prefers high percentage throws.

You give him a TE than can actually catch over the middle and he's golden. Pig in $3it.

How many "deep" balls did he throw last year? Seems drop percentage is a bit skewed because of that, but I'm not a statistician

4 qbs threw for 400 yards twe weekends ago. 3 lost. Teams will pass more when trailing and throw for more yards.

absolutely agree with all of this.

Still wondering why the Smith to Kelce on deep seam routes has yet to arrive... worked so well with Smith to VD. I know VD is crazy fast, but Kelce can get open on a 15 yd seam with an open field ahead.

Wilson made big plays when it mattered for them. Not that Smith can't or wont, but this year late in games he's not exactly been the most reliable.

Smith's winning % with game winning drives is not good.

You also have to consider who he's throwing to, who's blocking for him, and the reeruned game management and play calling...
