Loved it...the showdown with Jeffster playing in the background was classic.

Wow, wasn't a huge fan of the show when it started. I called it the Voltron syndrome--entertaining episode, but every plot was cookie-cutter and the ending was exactly the same every time.
This second season has been really good and the last few episodes were nothing short of phenomenal. Amazing how much the show has grown up in 2 seasons. |

I so love this show. Season finale was fantastic. I'm bummed that they killed off Bakula, though - it was predictable, but still a major downer. Can't wait for season 3...

Not sure if that's working properly as it's an odd orientation. so: http://featuresblogs.chicagotribune....-jeffster.html

Finally got around to seeing it (DVR didn't record the first hour, so I caught it on-demand) and I loved the first hour, but the second hour felt flat to me. Maybe that was because the first hour was so great, but for about 30 minutes I was like "hrm". Ellie telling him to quit, and him just giving in without even discussing it bugged me in particular. I really don't like her character now, she doesn't really serve any purpose, especially compared to the way they've developed Morgan and Awesome.
I love the set-up for next season though, and I was glad to see the Buy More go up in flames. I think it was time. |

With the flash backs I think we'll see a lot more character development with her. But I would agree hour 1 > hour 2.

BURBANK, Calif. (July 24, 2010) – “Chuck” creators/executive producers Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak thrilled fans at Comic Con: International: San Diego 2010 today with the announcement that sci-fi icon Linda Hamilton (the “Terminator” films) will join the series as a recurring guest star in season four, playing the role of Mary Bartowski, the long-missing mother of Chuck (series star Zachary Levi) and Ellie (series star Sarah Lancaster).

Listening to a steve austin interview and it sounds like hugo panzer's making an appearance next season; he'd just finished a shoot.
