It's weird, because Johnson is very cerebral in interviews. But then he plays like a reerun who has no concept of the time and situation late in a game.

The problem is we weren't; Self just would not accept the fact that EJ was a 2 and Tharpe should be the starting PG. EJ is a dumbass. Let him shoot and pass from the off guard or bench. **** seniority; play your best Goddamn players.

Seriously, in overtime and you don't even give the ball to your best player?

That's like the Thunder not giving the ball to Durant. Like the Lakers not giving the ball to Kobe. Like the Knicks not giving the ball to Melo. Like the Heat not giving the ball to Chalmers.

A guy who just dribbles and passes and has no sizzle would have been just fine. The Alex Smith of point guards would have won this team a championship.

It sickens me that this turd of a player took a massive shit on the legacy of Withey and Releford. Those are some all-time great KU players with what they did this season, and EJ shit on them.

Sherron Collins didn't lose it against Northern Iowa like this. Mario Little didn't lose it like this against Bradley. But Elijah Johnson yucked it up against Michigan. Only difference is this team went farther in the tournament.

holy wtf

that is the worst loss I can ever remember watching as a KU fan...just because we literally had that game won...

and then in OT we literally had the game tied

like...

what?

I'm in shock here. Part of me feels yearly relief that the Chiefs are so bad because I can't handle this stress. Holy shit.
I don't know what our worst loss is, but this one is up there. Thing is, we've seen it all season long with this team. At the end of halves they just finish as poorly as any team can. I don't know how or why it kept happening but it was recurring all year long.

It was a shitty pass, though. Naadir didn't get a good look due to having to track it down before he could shoot it.

Johnson deserves everything bad that he gets from this game. Cock punching the guy at the beginning and then throwing several players around off picks like he was some bad ass. **** him. He played like a punk and ****ed KU.
