I'm trying to figure out the playoff implications in my head. Obviously, getting around the MFY to win the division outright is job #1, but in terms of just getting into the dance, it's a three game lead (in the loss column vs. LAA; four vs. TB) with four games to go.

A win tomorrow:

-makes the series in TB irrelevant; they can't catch us.
-forces LAA to sweep a DH in Texas, or they can't catch us either.

The O's are that close to clinching a playoff spot, am I right?

Magic number is now 2. Either two wins outright our a win by us and a loss by the angels clinches.
