Things that annoy you about the general public
I will start.

How about people who argue with a base level employee about a policy? The receptionist didn't make the policy. She can't let you in without an appointment. She isn't going to risk her job just because you're an idiot and can't follow the policy like everyone else, or because you think you're special and policies don't apply to you. Becoming irate is not going to increase your chances, either.

I work downtown. Every time I smoke a cig I get some bum asking for one. Every damn time. I get called a cracker at least once a week when I turn people down. Hey brother, can I have a cig? Sorry, I only bring one down or I end up giving my whole pack away every day. Well F off cracker!

I can't stand how every customer these days is 'owed' something. Someone did something to their order - poor customer service, took too long, too hot, too cold, etc.

Now they want 'something' for their pain and suffering.

I wouldn't last a day as a customer-facing employee. I'd tell them where they can stick their 'suffering'.
