Yea I think Hitler was working on some deal with using big cruise ships to take them all to another country. He even offered to send them all to the US I believe.

There was a lot of the global collective looking the other way when Hitler was basically telling everyone he was going to take care of the Jew problem one way or another.

When judging others opinions or statements I always like to put two thoughts into it.


First the persons intent. I’m this case Allen seems honest. It’s not an approval of Hitler. It’s historical curiosity. I can appreciate that intent. I personally wouldn’t want to talk to Hitler but that’s me.

The second is if the reverse would be acceptable too. In this case, would a white athlete wanting to meet the founder of black panthers or the founder of the kkk or some other psychopath be acceptable?

To be fair, (and reiterating my previous point) it's likely a Russian Jew would put Stalin before Hitler primarily because people tend to vilify (or deify as the case might be) someone who has had a direct influence on their life over someone who, while horrible in their own right, did not.
