Poll: Is the NFL rigged?

Almost every thread on here turns into or had posts that the NFL is rigged. Its wrestling. Pre-ordered outcomes are being dictated from the NFL office to teams.

Lets see how many of us publicly believe the NFL is rigged. Vote on your definition of what is "rigged", what constitutes altering outcomes on purpose etc.

But the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming.

Just the list of players who have called the league out at this point :

Jerry Rice
Tim Brown
Dwight Smith
Bubba Smith
Dick Butkus
Ray Lewis
Terrell Suggs
Larry Johnson
Benny Cunningham

Just the short list.

And now the coaches are coming out of the woodwork and talking about getting paid to throw games...

It's okay if you don't WANT to believe it. But understand that's where you're at...

Well yeah thats true w entertainment post but then don't brag about Mahomes being this good or Kelce being that good or Tyreeks amazing speed. Remember -- it's rigged. Only reason they win is because Goodell (or let me guess the mob) wants them to.

What are you talking about? I think you read my posts wrong.

Since the dawn of time, the commoners have been mislead, lied to, and manipulated in every way, shape and form. What makes you think that at this time in history, things would be any different? Why do you believe Roger Goodell and Jerry Jones think you deserve to know everything that goes on in the inner workings of their world?

Laughably naive.

Because there's no proof let alone solid evidence. And, because if this were actually taking place, it would be exposed with proof.

It's really no different from other conspiracy theories. People couldn't cope with JFK being killed by a single shooter, for example, so they made up all the wacky theories in order to deal with it. Me? I'll take Occam and his razor unless and until solid evidence or proof is presented.

I'm not talking about a team or players throwing the game like some are accusing Mahomes of here. I'm talking about referees trying to steer the game in a particular direction.

In any event, how is that any different than rooting for a protagonist in a movie or being happy when Ultimate Warrior beat Hogan for the title at WM VI? I don't know what is going to happen. I take it in and I'm entertained.
That Texans game was pretty wild...

I'm not sure that we got "pushed"...but Buffalo definitely got pushed back into the game 2 weeks ago. And last week was the "Andy Reid death by incomplete pass" special, a particularly brutal style of horrod loss that he seems to only save up for the playoffs :

Jump out to a huge lead
Take the foot off the gas and seemingly "go conservative" but somehow also KEEP PASSING so that the clock stops and the other team has a chance to come back
Other team comes back in a crazy fashion (Joe Burrow's 2nd half heroics, Mariota batting the ball to himself for a TD. Andrew Luck dribbling the ball into the endzone like the ****ing Harlem Globetrotters...)
The Chiefs have a mad dash at the end in a futile attempt to tie or reclaim the lead.

We've all watched that same script unfold more than once now, right?

Think about it.

What's crazier is that NO other coach has an 18 point playoff collapse except Bill Belichick against Manning. None.

Andy has ****ing 3 SINCE HE'S BEEN HERE.

It's, like, mathematically impossible to do that.

Thank god BRC started this thread. So we can rehash the same bullshit that's been posted in how many threads now?

It's exhausting.

Didn't we have some sort of official rigged thread? Perhaps we need to go back to that.
