You’re right about that. Winston is the more high profile case to come along in recent years. The scandal at “Christian” Baylor was about as bad as it gets. How could anyone say these girls do it for the attention is beyond me. Your chances of getting any kind of compensation are slim to none. You’re guaranteed to get ostracized by your peers and the community as a whole. The school, boosters and fans have the power to make your life a living hell.

Okay, I'll give you that. But what say you about the fact that the toxicology found no drugs in her system? Or the fact that she changed her story on that several times, including saying she was hit on the back of the head? Which was it, hit on the back of the head or drugged? And why, in a public place, in a crowd of people, would you get into a car with 3 strangers to go back to their apartment? There are a lot of things that don't add up here. If he did rape her then I hope he burns in Hell. But looking at the evidence it is hard to even say that is likely.

God, Josh Freeman was actually just a little surprising. He was a son of a bitch to play against and from what I heard, he was a hard worker. Tampa must of broke him.

I'm not advocating the film. That's why I only posted her interview. I found her to be credible based on this and other statements she has made.
