As I said before Peters needs a decent passrush to succeed

Was he not ok after the initial couple of series? Thought the attention turned to Gaines. Not to say he was great or anything, but I thought he held his own.

Come now, let's all be reasonable. Dr. Pepper is a Trump Man ergo, his opinion is worth it's weight in gold.
I realize that many here are upset after today's disappointing performance but fear not: There is no way in all of God's creation that I possess the good fortune and luck necessary to witness a Cassholi-esque meltdown of Andy Reid and Alex Smith, thereby ushering in a glorious new era in which John Dorsey takes the helm, gets an aggressive and intelligent new Head Coach, drafts a legit QB prospect, builds a consistent championship team, breaks the endless cycle of stupidity at One Arrowhead Drive, and then sends me a personal invite to his office for cigars and blowjobs from Chiefs Cheerleaders as we discuss the contract terms of my reinstatement as a Chiefs fan.( clause 1.6A shall include free concessions for life and helicopter airlifts in and out of the stadium, I don't "parking hassle" with the rest of you ****s, got it?) I'M NOT THAT LUCKY. You lost a game, Peters sucked a butt; shit happens. You'll recover. Clay doesn't think you'll be back to the play offs, but I know better. I have fine-tuned Reid and Smith's ceiling with alien space-god mathematical precision. I know EXACTLY where they are, who they are, where they will go, and just how far they will go. You can trust me. In other news, I have doo-doo on my lawn, and this thread seems as fine a place as any to dump it. Behold, Excligarbage! This shit has been eye-soring my goddamned closet for far too long. Clockwise from top: Item #1: Chiefs "coach/sport"-style shirt. Short sleeved, breathable fabric. Item #2: Pathetic-assed, gansta' wannabe New Era hat given to me by an old man at a flea market. He literally could not sell the ****ing thing. To anyone. Ever. Pointer 19 has called dibs on this one, though he may change his mind after actually seeing it, assuming he possesses something resembling taste. Item #3: Hali T-shirt. Worn twice. Tamba is an exceptional human being, I love his story, and I'll always respect the man. But, he has the tainted misfortune of being tied to the Chiefs, a horrendous fate if ever there was one. Item #4: Shiny red KC vanity plate. Good for pimping your car or cutting wicked fatty rails of meth on before each game in the parking lot if you're coming from Independence. Your cost: $0.0000000eleventy PM me, pay the shipping costs via the UPS store( I'll get you an estimate ), and these fine treasures can be yours to cherish forever. I am however keeping the old DT jersey; that's when football didn't suck or wear pink shoes. Thanks! |

Peters got torched a few times today. That happens. Hopkins is a REALLY good WR and a lot of the times you aren't going to stop the really good ones, esp w/ the rules favoring WR's and offense in general. But Peters needs to stop bitching and just play ball.
Peters also "almost" had 4 interceptions today. One was bobbled and the other was ripped away from him at the last second. Had he capitalized on those other 2 INT opportunities a lot of people would be changing their narrative on Peters right now. Both Alex Smith and the Oline played pretty bad. Maclin played like shit, which isn't the norm. Overall Chiefs were playing from behind and anytime then had an opportunity, they would shoot themselves in the foot. Crucial dropped passes, fumbling the ball multiple times, penalties on ST (kinda a bullshit call but whatever..it happened). They need to play better. Chiefs right now look like the worst team in the division.

Peters has 10 INT's...only active CB to have this many interceptions to start his career is Sherman. Hard to compare the two because of the scheme and Dick Sherman has the best safeties backing him up with Earl and Kam.
Dude needs to work on his attitude, otherwise he's doing just fine considering his experience and the competition he's been up against. Last edited by TigeRRUppeRRcut; 09-19-2016 at 10:14 PM.. |
