I thought it was a solid wrapup though I will be sorely disappointed if Ryder has a significant role next season. That guy pretty much sucks.
When you have all questions and no resolutions you end up with shows like Lost. Which are good in the beginning then they **** it all up. Season endings are not about creating a ton of new questions it is about answering the old ones. Pretty much nothing was answered in the season finale and they created a shit ton of new questions. Just don't like it.

Kind of a meh show. Story seems cool with potential. The choreography takes me back to weekend kung-fu marathons when I was a kid. The acting sucks. I mean like really really sucks. MK is the most annoying character since Anakin. Outside of the fight scenes, Sonny could easily be replaced by a wet dish rag and it would be an improvement.

That said, the fight scenes are totally awesome throwback fun and make up for it.

I liked everything with the finale except for the kid's voiceover during the coda. Otherwise an enjoyable ep/season and I'm looking forward to the next season.

This show is awesome. The art direction and cinematography are really cool. I would probably watch this show based on that alone. But then there is the kung fu. Holy shit. It's like Bruce Lee and the Matrix had a love child with extra sauce.

I don't get the complaints about story and acting either. I've seen shitty story and acting, and this isn't it - with the marginal exception of MK. And even he isn't as bad as Hayden Christensen. Did you people watch TV in the 80's? I could show you some cheesy sci-fi.

Who cares about the 80's? That era had a miniscule amount of media available. None of it on demand. You watched what was available, or drove to the video store and picked up a couple of VHS tapes. The peers for this show are competing against a much larger distribution of a much larger population of choices.

Might as well tell someone not to complain about their unreliable car cause it's still better than the cars made in the 80's. Yeah, no.

Caught up with this. It was pretty bad ass. The fight scenes were really ****ing good. I mean really ****ing good.

The rest of the story? I don't know know. There was a lot to like and a lot to think is pure trash.

But whatever season 2 ends up being, I hope the fight scenes stay kick-ass.

Is that Nick Frost? Badass.

Looks like Stephen Lang will also get more facetime, so that's pretty sweet.
