Andrew Luck is way too high.

Romo and Russell Wilson are too low.

Cutler and Flacco should be a bit lower. Alex Smith should be a bit higher.

Not a horrible list, though.

No idea. He is typically 4000 yards, 60% completiton, 25 TD guy. Throws a few many picks and is injury prone but thats why is 16 and not higher.

Palmer has the ability to throw an INT at exactly the wrong time. Seemed like he would do it as a Raider right when he needed to protect the ball at the end of games. A loss to ATL is a perfect example of Palmer playing a great game, then tossing an INT towards the end to help ATL get back in it.
