you don't have to
it's all relative to what you feel you are worth and what you see others around you get paid for the same job people in east africa ask "how could anyone in america be dissatisfied with their pay?"

a lot of people that are comparable to you are NOT satisfied (for a plethora of reasons) i can see how players would be dissatisfied with their pay. i would also tell them to stfu if i could, but that's beside the point

Dude you're trolling. Comparing the salary of any blue collar worker to a multi-millionaire that plays a sport is just dumb.

you asked "how can they be dissatisfied?" i told you how. many times, the pay is about ego and "keeping up with the jonses" and not about the actual money. that often applies to almost any level of income. do i think it is stupid? yes. but you are the one that asked.

I am hopeful that we can both keep Houston and not kill our cap. We have several players on the roster with salaries that are baffling. |

If another team isn't willing to give up the draft picks then Houston can either deal with us or sit.

maybe?
I think a few teams should consider giving up two firsts. Both of those will be picking late in the draft. Both have to spend money to be within the 89% of the cap rule (see the article I posted in the draft room).
I think the Colts or the Cowboys could make the deal after the draft. That way they could send two firsts but the firsts would be in 2016 and 2017 and presumably late first round picks. This could potentially make sense for them if they are planning on making an aggressive run at the Super Bowl. Both teams are under the cap and desperately need pass rushers. I personally think the Cowboys should do it. I think they could win the Super Bowl with that roster plus Houston. Bryant maybe gone in a year and he will be extremely motivated to play well under the tag. The Cowboys offense should put points on the board and they should be playing with a lead often, which should generate lots of opportunities for Houston to put up big sack numbers. Houston should also help the Cowboys DBs tremendously. |
