Conclusions:

Bowe doesn't get open like a #1 receiver should like I've been saying all along. I saw maybe 2 plays where Alex should have thrown the ball to him but didn't. One of which would have been a TD. More often that not he was covered like a book.

How the **** was that pass interference on Fasano?

The line really really really sucks.

How was that a fumble by Kelce again?

That last drive failure was on Andy Reid not Smith. Those route combination were ****ing terrible.

At 6:00, he reads the blitz well and exploits the defense on the underneath route to Bowe - who is in the hole created by the zone blitz.

I think an objective analysis of the film indicates that Alex sucks at reading defenses and is unwilling to throw the ball into 1-on-1 coverage. Bowe makes his hay by winning 1-on-1 coverage battles. He needs a QB to throw it at him when he gets 1-on-1.

Have no idea if all these things happen whether Smith will ever stop playing scared though. I imagine he will be less 'chicken' though.

people keep saying that, yet Bowe keeps failing to do it

He doesn't win the jump ball consistently
He doesn't fight through the defender for the stop or back-shoulder throws
He doesn't keep his feet in bounds on the tight sideline routes
He doesn't use his body to force inside position on slants ALL the time
Bowe rarely play anywhere near as big as his size
Bowe isn't any smarter at his position than Alex Smith is
You can't count on Bowe to give max effort for every ball

Would any QB trust Bowe after experience all this?

What sample are you basing this on? He hasn't been targeted in one-on-one since the arrival of Alex Smith, ffs.
