Hali or Bowe?

I played WR from pee-wee through High school, and if it wasn't for my poor work ethic in route running, and my lack of participation in the weight room, I probably could have played college ball. (I'm 6'5.)

My hands are just that "soft", I can still catch nearly anything.

Problem is, I am slower than dirt.

One thing that bothers me profusely is WR's dropping balls.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Yet, we don't have a single WR that has shown the ability to step up and show this.

Bowe should stay until an adequate replacement is found.

So?

I think we can all agree that Kelcee should be getting at least two more targets a game. The production just isn't there. They money is insane for his production.

There are currently 5 rookies with better production than Bowe...

I would cut Hali, if I had to choose between the two.

Who are their QBs?

Hey, let's look at targets.

How often is he actually targeted? I'd be surprised if he's targeted anywhere near what other 1WRs are.

And if we had one of those rookies you would have a point. Until you replace him with someone as good he has to stay.

The fact he isn't hardly used only strengthens my position...

That's the thing.....and I think it's a knock more on Reid right now than it is Smith. This offense isn't going to run primarily off of a true number one WR. It's about spreading the ball around. Then add in Smith and how he's not about repeatedly throwing into tight windows (not knocking him) and you have the reason why Bowe isn't getting 9-10 catches a game for 100 yards a couple of TDs. It is what it is.....

But you take away Bowe.....and this team has literally jack shit at WR.

None of them are used. FFS, they only had AS throw it 16 times yesterday.

They're both past their prime and making more than they're worth.

I wouldn't be mad if both were jettisoned to clear up cap space but I recognize the fact that leadership and experience is valuable. Either way, I expect them both to be gone by the start of the 2016 season.

Bowe is adding nothing and is way over paid. Hali is the heart of the defense, a relentless worker, great locker room guy, and is still racking up sacks and chasing down QB's.

Bowe has 10 times more drops than TD's this year. Time to cut him. He is just too unreliable-makes the circus catch than drops big catches that hit his chest.

If the Chiefs cut Hali-he will be signed in 10 minutes. Ford has not shown he can do Anything let alone be the Heart and Soul of the D. Chief Forever!!

It has jack $3it with him.

Hali is overpaid but at least he's still a productive player. He's playing at a very high level in fact.

Bowe isn't really adding $3it and he's getting paid top 10 money. It doesn't make sense...
