Two guys I would have been happy for us to draft in the first round went in the third - Gabe Jackson and Donte Moncrief.

Jackson went a few picks before our pick, but Moncrief was still available when we picked DB Phil Gaines.

It will be interesting to watch what kind of year/career Moncrief has with Andrew Luck throwing to him versus Phil Gaines as a Chief. I'd bet that Moncrief has a better rookie year than Keenan Allen did for the Chargers in 2013.

And if you want off-the-wall crazy, I'd rather have the Jets seventh round selection Trevor Reilly than Dee Ford.

yeah probably did, lotta superlatives and fanspeak in my post... but the truth is, I stand by it.

You just get the sense that this guy really wants to stick here for whatever reason and I appreciate a player like that... he continually tries to get better and please whoever happens to be coaching at the time. Man Bowe musta been REAL high if he lost 15 lbs. I mean I've lost a quarter ounce once and that sucked! Can't imagine losing 15 lbs!! Hope it wasn't fronted to him!
