Mountain Dew + a hangover gives me heart palpitations... so I'd take a Mag-Ox with that concoction.

if you don't get drug tested just smoke weed and eat and drink water. Low expectations of feeling better.

If you get drug tested and you have time to sleep nyquil and water. Sleep through it. Tons of showers and work out. Try to do something that works you muscles so it takes you mind off of the hangover and onto the pain in somewhere

If you don't have time to sleep it off water water water shower hot and cold throw up

Alcohol is mostly absorbed in the intestine. What's the magic trick bread is going to perform to absorb the alcohol already in your system? Does it close up like a clam once it grabs the alcohol?

I don't understand this claim. It's not the first time I've heard it either.

I am not familiar with Pedialyte(?)

I have just used Gatorade to replenish my electrolytes. It sounds like this may be the better option though

I dont get hangovers that bad because I follow a couple rules that really help

Eating fatty foods before you go out drinking and drink water all throughout the night.
Like tons of water

The oil from the fatty foods coats your stomach so the alcohol absorbs slower...and the water keeps you hydrated.

Hangovers are not that bad at all if you do that

Eating bread prevents a hangover.
Although it sounds logical, bread does not “soak up” the alcohol in your system and therefore prevent a hangover. Nor does the carbon from burnt toast. In fact eating before bed does nothing to prevent a hangover the next day. So what does help?

BEFORE you drink: Eat fat and protein.

WHILE drinking: Stick to beer and clear liquor; avoid carbonated beverages; drink plenty of water.

AFTER drinking: Unfortunately, the only sure-fire remedy at this point is time and sleep. Taking OTC pain meds can help, but beware of acetaminophen (Tylenol). When combined with alcohol it can be toxic to the liver.
No idea on the validity.
