****OFFICIAL 2013-2014 Fantasy Football Repository Thread****

Let me preface this by saying I'm an idiot. Originally posted this thread in the wrong forum.

So, let's try this again.

This is a thread to tide us FFL'ers until the start of the season.

I've been talking to a bunch of guys lately re: fantasy football. I can't wait.

If you're a hater and don't get or enjoy FF then you can suck a bag of dicks.

How many leagues are you in? What are the buy-ins?

Old Dog you going to Vegas again?

Spiller has gone Top 5 in every standard mock I've done.

I'm seeing Charles/Spiller go 2-3 or 3-4 and guys like Martin and Lynch falling.

I saw Lynch fall to 10th once. That's pure theft.

He might.

I've drawn the #2 spot in my 10 team standard league and I've narrowed it down to either Charles or Foster. I'm worried about the lack of TD's for Charles. I think the same thing goes for Spiller. Both are much more appealing in a PPR format.

The ones I do usually go...

1. ADP
2. Foster
3. Charles
4. Martin
5. Lynch

With Spiller, Rice, TRich and Megatron filling the next four spots.

I really like DeSean Jackson in the Kelly offense.

Give me Jackson over Hilton.

I would go Hilton. The redskins defense is pretty good. The raiders have no one. Hilton will be all over the field in that one. good decision to have though.

Those top picks are tough this year (except AP)

I drafted thinking our league was PPR. Because our commish (a girl) told me it was. It wasn't. Kinda pissed, but still did okay

10 man league, 6 girls, 4 guys. Snake Draft. I picked 8th.

Here is how the 1st round went:
Round: 1
(1) Adrian Peterson RB
(2) Arian Foster RB (LOL!)
(3) Doug Martin RB
(4) Marshawn Lynch RB
(5) Aaron Rodgers QB
(6) Jamaal Charles RB
(7) Ray Rice RB
** (8) Calvin Johnson WR
(9) C.J. Spiller RB
(10) Trent Richardson RB

And here's my team:
Drew Brees
Reggie Bush
Darren Sproles
Calvin Johnson
Demarious Thomas
Vernon Davis
Lan
49ers
Phil Dawson
- Tavon Austin
- Bryce Brown
- Danny Woodhead
- Golden Tate
- Justin Blackmon (15th round, whatevs)
- Anthony Fasano

I'm thinking of keeping lynch for a second and hope I draw a high draft pick. Coupling AP or Charles with lynch as 1 and 2 picks? Very intriguing. However amendola at 12 is pretty much another Amazing choice.

Got another draft today. The commish goes all out. It is usually a blast.

And I got to thinking in the four years I've participated in FFL I don't think I've picked later than five.

Tonight's draft order will be determined by some drinking game with vodka.

What do you guys enjoy more? Picking sooner or later? Snake draft, 12 teams.

I prefer to have picks right next to eachother, so either first-ish or last-ish rather than in the middle.

In my keeper league we had a beer pong game set up. You shot a ball, chugged the beer if you made it and the bottom off cup revealed your pick.

I made my ball into a cup that read, "choose your own pick." I took five because with this year I felt more comfortable in that range and it was my first dynasty draft.

JC fell to me @#5, luckily.

Had the draft for my 14-team league this morning. I had pick #13. My strategy this year was to wait on WRs until later in the draft.

Start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1K, 1D

QB Tom Brady
QB Joe Flacco
RB Trent Richardson
RB DeMarco Murray
RB Mark Ingram
RB Ronnie Hillman
WR Anquan Boldin
WR Josh Gordon
WR Chris Givens
WR Kenbrell Thompkins
TE Antonio Gates
TE Scott Chandler
K David Akers
K Greg Zuerlein
D Bears
D Browns
