Yep, kill the hangover even before bed. 2 advil and a glass or two of water and I'm 100% the next morning.

The closest I ever came to dying from alcohol was in college when I got the bright idea of doing shots of champagne combined with vodka. They go down so easy it is truly dangerous.

In addition to the hydration thing, greasy breakfast foods really seem to help me. Eggs, bacon and hash browns seem to work the best. The trick is getting to the point where you can actually get that stuff down. But I can usually start with some toast, then work my way up.

The problem I have more and more the older I get is that I can't seem to sleep it off. Being hungover makes me wake up earlier than usual, and I can't get back to sleep. There's nothing more miserable than waking up at 6 am after about 3 hours sleep and not being able to go back to sleep.

Chug a gatorade right before falling asleep. This is the best thing that works for me. Much better than water.

take medicine that helps whatever feelings you are having, bloated headache? Midol. Nasua? Dramimine water also exersize gets your body burning that shit out, water, time, rest, also if you drink the good stuff crown royal grey goose or better it helps.
