Predicting the rest of the season, is it enough?

We are currently sitting 4-3

Rest of our schedule (My predictions)

NYJ @ KC (Win)
KC @ BUF (Win)
SEA @ KC (Loss, but seattle is playing terribly so a possible win)
KC @ OAK (Win)
DEN @ KC (loss)
KC @ ARZ (loss)
OAK @ KC (Win)
KC @ PIT (Win)
SD @ KC (Tie breaker?)

I could see us maybe being 9-6 or even 10-5 (bearing a Ariz,Sea upset) going into week 17 against SD fighting for the possible WC behind Denver.

San diego is going to be playing a lot of tough competition soon MIA?, BAL, STL( Any given sunday?) NE, DENV, SF, And last US

If we can win the games we are supposed to win and maybe upset seattle like everyone else has been doing we could actually see us in the playoffs come years end regardless of how the begging of the season looked sitting at 10-6 or 11-5. Whats your guys' thoughts on the chances of us making the playoffs? I think they are looking pretty good especially if we can get our O-Line ship shape.

We could win out if we put it all together. This is a pretty good team and other than game 1 has played good.

dunno what u are getting at Jd1020.. Besides the titans we have lost to 2 great teams the broncos and the 49ers. Both close games, one team was a superbowl challenger last year, the other appeared in the NFC champ 3 years running and a superbowl appearance. And both games were held close.

Take out the Titans loss and we have beaten new England, san diego and Miami, 3 teams that are dominating other teams atm, and we lost to the two power houses of the NFC and AFC in close match games.

You are picking at nothing at this point with your argument.

The 49ers have a net points of -7. They aren't top 10 in a single team statistic, besides rush D. They are not great.

That's not the point, and once again you are picking at nothing. That same team who upgraded its WR corps to loyd, johnson,Verno davis, Boldin, and crabtree, have appeared in the last three NFC championship games with one superbowl appearance. They lost to last years superbowl champs by one play, and later that same team dominated the broncos..

They are the exact same team on paper this year. They aren't playing lights out but they are still a great football team, if you deny the above then you are seriously just neglectful of any facts that you don't want to hear.

Our areas of weakness (and they are huge weaknesses) can be masked for a lot of the regular season but it's not happening should we make the playoffs.
