DeVito
Daniel Mays Walker Avery These guys alone free up around 15m+ Get Hali and Bowe to restructure and Berry can be put on the NFI list so we'll only be paying him about 3m... We should be fine. No big splashes in FA but definitely enough to get Houston extended.

Hali's dead money is 2.9 million, not 6 million. Situation is not as dire as all that. They're not bringing in another QB. They have five QB on the roster as it is. Whoever the backup is going to be, he's likely already here. You can also restructure Derrick Johnson, given that he has no dead money and a $5M cap hit. Also, the cap is going up. We could do nothing and still be under, because the cap is going to inflate thanks to TV money. Also, that website factors in the draft picks, which will be used to replace some of those players. |

Who was the pro bowl talent that Dorsey let go? The injured Glenn Dorsey or the injured Brandon Albert?

And people forget I was a huge backer of landing the guy. I thought for sure his hire (more than Reid) would turn this team around...
