Yes, and Wisconsin's road record is really the only flaw they have (though 6-7 on neutral/road games in a major conference like the B10 isn't abysmal). And their scoring margin was fine during the season. You don't become a top 10 KenPom team without blowing a few teams out along the way (which they did at home regularly).

Teams that don't do well on the road are generally underperformers in the tournament. Not every team. Just generally. There are a myriad of factors that go into it. His main point is that teams that are actually good can win anywhere, so if you are going to discount a team, discount them because they are not very good instead of basing it solely on their road record. I'm not sure I totally agree with him on the road record bit, either.
Wisconsin isn't an elite team, but I don't see much reason to think they'll lose badly to Pitt solely because they played poorly on the road during the season. I compare them to a team like Kentucky that he cites in that article.

I believe that is correct. I was having a hard time finding both the times and the TV networks for all these games. According to ESPN.com, the KU game will be on TBS.

All of that's true, sure. I'm just more concerned about their scoring margin on the road against good teams. Pitt's defense is better, and it's not like they aren't used to a slower tempo game. I don't mind being wrong about Pitt taking Wisconsin. I just don't see it the other way.

Well I'm likely not going to pick Wisconsin to beat Pitt, of course, I only think that it's a possibility.

Wisconsin might lose to a very underrated Belmont team in the first round, anyway.

These two points should be tattoo'd on Taylors eye balls so he sees it every time he has the ball....
