I can assure you, it blew away Denny's call. I loved Denny, but he needs to retire.

The sad thing, is that his walkoff home run call tonight was excited and energetic by his standards, but still woefully insufficient given how very long we've been out of the playoffs.

I'm usually not as high and low as most people, but this was a fairly important victory especially since Detroit won and we might be underdogs tomorrow, and it needed to be recognized as such.

This was a nationally televised game where the broadcasting was supposed to be neutral, and I thought he was fine for the innings I watched him and in the replays of the walkoff HR.
