man-made earthquakes do exist. They typically occur when people are mining or injecting without considering the possibility that they may screw up the surface. Thankfully, those quakes tend to be fairly minor, though still damaging.

It's not outside the realm of possibility. If it is to you, then you need to evaluate your belief system. A bit too stubborn or naive, perhaps? Our govt is saintly and always does what is right and good for humanity, right?

There are several tectonic plates with lots of pressure between the plates... if they, were to say, send a very powerful, concentrated field of energy into those areas and release the pressure.... boom, earthquake.

There are lots of reports from OTHER countries talking about the US earthquake weapon testing.
