Yep I didn't multi-quote yours since they always left some glimmer of hope. I was hoping they'd somehow miss the field goal as well. It's a lot more likely than what happened.

Can you imagine if Rivers had done that in the victory formation when the team is just trying to run out the clock for the win? It would be Miracle at the Meadowlands 2.

I have really high hopes for Baldwin. Which is good, considering that Magic Cassel's flings are really high as well.

His ability combined with those of Bowe and Breaston mean we have what is probably the most talented and potentially effective receiving corp in the history of the franchise.

Now, we need a dude who can fling it better.

How shitty was that pitch call to Thomas Jones on 2nd and 10 before Cassel hit Breaston on 3rd and 14?

I never want to see a pitch to Thomas Jones ever again. I'd rather see a bubble screen to Dexter.

It was great to see Priest Holmes, Neil Smith, Dante Hall, Kimble Anders, and Deron Cherry during halftime. Even Marty was there!

I'm looking at the replay and I swear, Studebaker might have ripped the ball away from Rivers.

every time I saw Hali get held and yelled "holding!" it was promptly called

I think fans overreact when they claim Hali is blatantly held every snap of every game

I thought the officials were dog shit tonight but I had no issue with how they called Hali tonight...for the love of god they called 19 penalties on McNeil...I'd say Hali's presence was felt and the officials respect him and are now giving him the calls he deserves

Watching ESPN. They showed coverage of the game last night. All they talked about was Phillip Rivers.

I was in that EZ. It was a nasty scrum. I'll guarantee more than one player did something to land himself on the sex offender's registry in pursuit of that football. Crimes were happening in that pile.
