No, he was even worse for most of the season and picked it up over the last few months as I recall.

You can't treat this like a Wiggins for Love trade straight up.

The Cavs would have $10M extra to spend. They'd still have 2 first rounders and Bennett to dangle as trade bait.

The Cavs proved they can win without Love. Imagine today's team... but add in Wiggins, $10M in extra players, and 1-2 players you bring in from trading 2 first rounders/Bennett.

The Love trade was idiotic. I called it from the beginning of the season.

he would have had he been in the tough west. the east overall has been a huge ****ing joke for alot of years.

lebron in the west? it would have been much tougher. Could have have won a few chips? probably, but 5 in a row? **** no. If anyone thinks any differently, they are just kidding themselves. Im not saying Lebron isnt a great player, because thats stupid talk, but when sometimes the 4th seed is barely a .500 team, come on now.

Rubio is such garbage. But good for them getting the first pick. Though it's kind of annoying that a Wiggins/Towns pairing is happening in the West. And meanwhile, in the pathetic East, Embiid's foot may be a career issue

The Cavs aren't winning a ring if they don't pull off a trade in midseason for the 2 players I demanded instead of Love. A wing defender and a center. I also demanded depth, especially at PG. Something they didn't do and suffered dearly for.

And because they traded all their picks away, they're in an almost all or nothing mode for the next 1-2 years. So I stand behind my claim that this was a stupid trade.

Judging by the series you saw against Golden State, take that team with a healthy Kyrie (let alone a healthy Love). I get that the West is a harder road. But the Cavs were every bit as competitive as any team in the West.

LeBron basically said during the postgame that he's almost to the point that he'd rather not even get to the playoffs than lose another Finals. That's pretty brutal.
