So, I didn't see a thread started, and all the others are pretty maxed out to the point where a fresh thread would be needed soon either way.

Time to share the run up to ST & and another memorable year in the making!

...and that ends the 2015 season for the Minnesota Twins.

Glad we avoided that train-wreck.

Stanozolol Drug

Stanozolol, commonly sold under the name Winstrol and Winstrol Depot, is a synthetic anabolic steroid derived from dihydrotestosterone. It was developed by Winthrop Laboratories in 1962, and has been approved by the FDA for human use.

Ervin Santana released a statement basically saying he's surprised he tested positive, didn't know how it got into his body, and that he never knowingly took a PED.

However, he's also not appealing it and said that in the future he will try to be more careful about what he consumes.

So, he's either just straight-up lying or he's basically admitting that he was stupid and careless and that some random supplement he took may have had steroids he didn't think was in there.

Stupid or liar, either way it doesn't matter, the suspension is the same. Its why modern olympic PED rules no longer care if it was intentional or an accident, it was too easy to argue that you unknowingly messed up, so they just threw their hands up and said "whatever, we don't care anymore, its on you to know what is going in your body". The only time sports with modern PED rules care about the difference anymore is when someone faces a lifetime ban, sometimes they want to know if it was an accident.

In addition to the 80 games, should the Twins make the playoffs Santana CANNOT participate b/c under the drug policy a player cannot participate in the postseason during a season the player served part or all of a drug suspension.

You don't accidentally take that for sure. If he claims that, he's absolutely reeruned to think anyone would buy that garbage.

It's the steroid that made track star Ben Johnson famous.

I have a question for any out of KC area Royals fans with DirecTV. I am looking at the guide to record Monday's opener and it appears that only the White Sox broadcast is in HD. Anyone else seeing that on their guide?

I can't hardly imagine watching sports not in HD anymore but the thought of listening to the insufferable Hawk Harrelson might be one of the few things that would make that happen.

Can you even imagine how painful it was for Brewers fans watching KC in the playoffs last year and Lorenzo Cain flying all over the place, making plays and being named ALCS MVP.

And the 'throw in' Escobar and his GG worthy defense.

And they got one season out of Greinke and one playoff series victory.

Prison rape, indeed.
