The reason OKC spends money now is because they got new owners in their ownership group in 2014...one being one of the 100 richest people in the world worth 7.9 billion. That owner wasnt there when Harden left. You have to remember one of OKCs owners got indicted for like fraud, then new people stepped in, and its what you see today. They never originally had the option to spend like they do now.

OKC lost Harden over 44.5 million over FOUR years. There's being cheap and then there's Sam Presti being Sam Presti.

Head cases still get contracts with that kind of talent.

The bigger problem is he's coming off an achilles injury. I don't think people realize almost every modern player who has had this injury has never been the same.

Both conference finals last year were great. So yes, GSW going to win again, but it doesn’t mean we won’t have fun along the way.

Also, my guess is this is their last run and next year they’re going to be a lot different cause they’ve got to get some guys go to get paid.

Yeah, unfortunately I’m a long time Suns fan. My only hope is these super teams start getting old when we start getting good. I guess I’m going to have to wait a while to start enjoying the NBA again.

**** out of here with that stupidass statement. Bulls were no superteam they just played well as a team and MJs will to win and competitiveness put them over the top. I don't remember Karl Malone joining the Bulls after they won 72-games like Durant did with the Warriors.

Russell's Celtics also played in a different era. There weren't as many teams in the league so every team was loaded. Plus it was mostly white guys playing back then. Lets keep everything in perspective here.
