Gotta ask what do you guys think? There are strong rumors we are interested. I would love it if we got AJ MCCaron from Bengals.

We all need to prepare for the onslaught. The media is going to go apeshit just like they did with Favre and Manning.

I'd imagine Charles days as a Chief are over. If he goes on to be productive somewhere else, good on him.

But I can't figure giving an injury prone 30 year old RB a deal at this point. Especially when this draft has alot of good ones.

It sucks....but the only way I'm keeping him on the team is a restructured deal with a ton of incentive language. And I doubt he goes for that.

I'd like to see them sign Romo, sign a veteran guard, draft a #1 RB and ILB. They'll be ready roll for 2017.

Hey I saw him right after you in Taco Bell across from Best Buy going thru drive thru getting a beefy burrito.
I called out hey Romo what ya doing in KC he said seeing a back specialist. Then he asked where was the closest Chillies I need my baby back baby back baby back ribs. He then peeled wheels out of there throwing his burrito wrapper out window.

Anyone interest in a Tony Romo burrito wrapper cheap?

I just wouldn't keep him at all. I love me some Charles, but the odds are against him and it's just not worth it in my eyes.

Thanks for your service and good luck.

Then he should go to the Steelers and backup Rottenburger who never stays healthy himself and let Ben take half the beatings first half of the season then probably take over as Ben Rottenburger is ready to quit anyways. So if he could take over a team midseason on a winning team that would keep him in better shape at least until he takes a big shot.

Houston Texans would be the perfect home for Romo. They ****ed up getting Brock Weeden but can attempt to fix that with Romo until he get's hurt again. It's still the place he should go because Texans were are playoff caliber team. The quarterback held them back.

Edit: That doesn't mean that I don't agree the Cowboys are better off cutting him, because they are. Use the designation and get their head above water. If they don't they are left cutting Witten and/or Lee.

We should take one in the draft but that won't help us in 2017. So Romo, Smith, or Foles. Who gives us the best short-term chance of going deep in the playoffs? Yes Romo can and very well may get injured. But is it worth the risk vs. the safe play with Smith? IMO yes because we know the results with Smith.

Take a chance with Romo while we develop someone. Unless someone else like Rivers becomes available, I don't see any other options.
I admire that opinion and yes, Romo has been a Pro Bowl selection 4 times in his career. However, Romo has also been noted for a lack of postseason success and to date, has won only two of the six playoff games he played in. So are we buying time here? You know his injury history and it has gotten worse on this end of his career. Why shell out the money? Letting Foles go saves some but what about Berry? Poe? How do you come up with Romo's contract and what do you give Dallas? Sacrifice what draft picks?

Lack of playoff success for the Boys has alot to do with their shit defense and not alot to do with their QBs, just saying. A QB doesn't automatically win in the playoffs, but you do need a really good one along with other pieces.
