Two 1st round picks for Russell Wilson in '16 and '17 or '17 and '18

Do you sign the offer sheet if the Seahawks non-exclusively tag Russell Wilson?

Pole cumming.

They aren't great. They are about as good as Matt Ryans. But that's what happens when you have to carry your team and your defense is giving up 28+ points per game. What would happen if he didn't need to force passes and only needed 15 points to win instead of 30? How great would Wilson be if he needed 300+ yards and 3 TDs to win instead of 175 yards and 1 or 2 TDs?

Seattle is a QBs heaven. If you get 2 TDs, you're most likely going to win. Anything more and it's a blow out.

His playoff games aren't great? Just lol. He honestly might have already played more GREAT playoff games than Aaron Rodgers. It's close. I'd have to go back and look.

Deep ball touch is all Tom has lost, really. His accuracy is ridiculous, still.

He's also a completly insane workout warrior. As silly as it sounds, he could still be playing at an elite level a few years into his 40s. Likely? Maybe not, but possible? Yep.

Maybe he's an elite playoff QB, but that doesn't make him an elite QB.

Sure.

That 206 yard 2 TD superbowl game was a thing to witness. They might turn that playoff run into a disney movie. 524 yards in 3 games? Just magic stuff here.

And this latest one. 724 yards 6 touchdown 5 Int run. Just breathtaking. Im sure they've already sent his jersey to Canton for it.

Romo is better than Brees at this point, IMO and I think Tannehill is better than most here apparently

And that's pretty much my point. I don't think he's elite either. But if you're going to say Wilson is elite, then there are a few others that you could make legitimate arguments for. It's not like Wilson is exactly lighting the world on fire in the playoffs. Or in the regular season for that matter. He's just been a very good steady quarterback.

Yeah. Maybe he's only the 12th best QB in the game. Good call.

When he has those games of sub 150 yards, he's not playing like a top 5 QB is he? That's what the word range means. Some games he can play like a top 5 QB. Then there are games where even 12 is being generous.

But yeah, 9/18 for 103 yards in a playoff game. Top 5 shit right there baby.

Never scored fewer than 23 points in a postseason game...

Then every QB in the game is in the 1-100 range.

Looking back at that GB game,

damn, didn't realize it, but Rogers and the Pack chocked that one away. Wilson was bad mostly, good late sure.

But the Packers absolutely did everything necessary to lose that game.

Crazy how much narratives can change on stuff like this too.
