They wouldn’t be able to make shit anyway, relatively speaking. DraftKings will limit your account at around $25k profit

Think I might put on a bet for the Chiefs to win the Super Bowl under the name Mr C Edwards-Hellaire

Feck!

That guy was really good for my Sandbox team! Had a great rookie year as a returner and essentially forced his way into the NCB role. Not exactly an elite player, but definitely an ascending one.

He's actually a pretty cool story - really did create a career for himself (and as a pending FA, a probable lucrative one) after being an afterthought on draft day.

This is really the kind of guy you'd hate to see brought low by...being a bit of an idiot.

Played at UMass.

Think about that. One of the worst FBS programs. To shine there is impressive.

Am I suffering from Deja Vu or did we just do a whole lengthy thread discussion on this?

The sportsbook account was opened under the name of an associate of Rodgers, the sources said. Approximately 100 bets were placed on the account over an undisclosed amount of time, including on Colts games, the sources said. Most of the bets were in the $25-$50 range, although there was at least one low four-figure bet.
He gone. Dumbass threw away his career on $25 bets.

It would uh.., cast doubt on the integrity of the game if players were betting...

But owners don't seem to get investigated when allegations are thrown their way...

Brian Flores, the former coach for the Miami Dolphins who was fired last month by the team, said in a lawsuit that he was offered $100,000 by owner Stephen Ross in 2019 for each loss he was able to complete, Reuters reported. Flores claimed in the recent filing that the offer was meant to help the Dolphins get a better draft pick in 2020

Gambling on your own team is really ****ing stupid. Then when you try to hide it by using an acquaintances name and account is even more stupid. He knew he shouldn't be doing it and made it clear by not using his name.
