A good solid TE2 for what I'm sure is a relative bargain. Another hole plugged for this season. I'm good with that.

Need a good solid option at #2 tight end. Block and catch passes.

I'd rather Lewis - but oh well. Just get someone plugged in there.

Demetrius Harris and Ross Travis were the worst players on the offense last season. I’m glad they will both be gone.

Only question is age. Will he fall off a cliff? If he remains the same as last year then the Chiefs got a good one

If only Brad Cottam were available.
If. Only.

Hrm I thought Marcedes Lewis would be a better fit for that role but oh well. You do know if this happens they'll keep Harris and just alternate them...

Need some type of vet leadership on the team and he’s cheap. Not a bad signing.
Still want to see the Chiefs somehow draft Giesicki from PSU. Him and Kelce in 2 TE sets especially by the goal line...Jesus Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Was glancing at Ben's wiki and was reminded of his thoughtful post following the Ferguson stuff that got a lot of national attention.

It's more difficult for receivers to maintain focus with QBs that lack arm strength and throw with little to no anticipation, and you are asking a guy that has very little experience to grow into a reliable receiver with that QB.

Travis is gone but I see Charles is still on the roster. I don't know - I'm with you though - Lewis would have been a little better of a pick up - for an older player.
