Secret and Lies
Anybody watch the premier from last week?

I thought it started off slow but I think thats a good thing.. they care about developing a story.

Also, i think it was a very smart idea to start the show off with two episodes.. really sets the tone.. MUCH smarter decisions being made by tv exec.. *side note.. anyone notice with Empire how the commercials are shorter? keeps the watcher anticipating it coming back on*

Anyways.. i think ryan Philippe is a solid actor and this show pretty much gives you every angle on a motive and different people who could have killed the kid.

its not the dad trying to frame her, its the wife. What i have learned is mothers will do almost anything for their children.

I only thought this when she lashed out at the detective. She cold also have some mental problems going on. We dont have any backstory on the kids. There are only a few people it could actually be. The wife, the kids actual mother or one of the daughters. The only other "maybe" is the reeruned kid with the tablet, but after his episode there has been NOTHING else on him.

aghhhhh i love this series.. was somewhat just okay mid way through but really picked up.. i really like Phillipe's character.

after watching the previews. Im still nto sure its Tom's mom. She might be a bit crazy off her med's, but after what Ben did to her accusing her like that, its going to flip a switch in her. I dont think they would give up the killer the way they did. There has to be a twist.
