I did some research, I can't find anything.

Dude has no life.

Have you watched any episodes where he is in a personal situation? Very awkward. His whole life is that store.

Yeah, when he's not working a deal he's a different guy, out of his comfort zone for sure... he's married right? If so, i bet its a happy marriage because its hard to see him catting around LV doing any damage like my old man lol.

Big Hoss is definitely more hip to things, not as business smart, but definitely hipper.

I've only seen a couple of episodes, but that Chumley guy cracks me up. Is he real, or is that an act?

From interviews I have seen, Rick is a history buff so it doesn't surprise me that he knows a decent amount about the historical items that are brought in. Though I am sure the whole show is staged as to when people bring in things so the staff does get some heads up to do some research.

Wikipedia is their friend. I saw an episode where someone brought in some Harmon Killibrew items. Big Hoss blurted out some stat about HK being 2nd in home runs in MLB until the year 19XX. (I knew it was incorrect right away).

I looked it up and Big Hoss had quoted Wikipedia word for word, except he screwed up and said "Major League Baseball" instead of "American League".
