Have you found Jesus?

In your short time on this planet, have you found Jesus?

Have you completely devoted your life to Christ?

What caused you to turn to prayer and faith and giving Him your life, allowing Him to guide you?

Are you in a better place now after accepting Him as your savior?

They were gorgeous. We did the time honored tradition of flying down a dark gravel road with a case of beer and no headlights. They looked like stars. Until we ran into the ditch.

Running into a ditch with a case of beer is an essential part of the time honored tradition.

Yes, it is a bad, bad time for us. Luckily Missouri got really good about the same time the Chiefs nosedived into hell. That's helped me maintain my tenuous grip on sanity.

As for the Dallas roommate thing, I recommend a large bowl of antifreeze.

Have you completely devoted your life to Christ? Yes, I work on fufilling that on a daily basis.

What caused you to turn to prayer and faith and giving Him your life, allowing Him to guide you? It started with going to church as a small child, and has grown and developed even more over time as I strive to be as close to the Lord and his word as I can be.

Are you in a better place now after accepting Him as your savior?
Oh definetely, I have eternal security and you cannot put a price on that. I know for a fact where I am going when I die. I do not fear death, actually look forward to death at it is just the beginning of my closer relationship to the Lord as I will be in Heaven.

Iowa has reeruned weather. It's hopped up on meth and mountain dew. You never know what it's going to do and it's out of control. If its really hot you know its going to rain. When the moon is red its going to rain. When the damn dog licks its nuts once instead of twice its going to rain. It freaking snowed in April! April is supposed to be flowers and bunnies and rainbows.

And gimme the quick searing heat that burns all your body hair off in addition to 3 layers of skin over the life sucking soul stealing living death they call humidity here. At least I'd always have a nice tan.
