I think there's a definite flow to the offense that disappears when he comes in. He is fast on D, but overplays the passing lanes too much. Luckily he's quick enough to recover most times.

Of course it wasn't his fault....they lost by 20. But I'm not seeing anything positive that he's bringing to the team right now. Self has talked about his ability to break down the offense and score when necessary, but we're not even seeing that right now.

I think he has that ability, but he doesn't understand how that skill fits into the offense.

It's kind of like last year we talk about there being 3 teams within the team. There was Cole-Sherron, Xavier, the Twins and everyone else. THis year it's like Selby is playing in his own game while everyone else is on a different page.

That's why last week I said we had better team chemistry without Josh but had more potential with him. Some guys wanted to discredit my comment, he is still a green freshman.

Self needs to find some discipline on this team. A strong leader!
