Have an itch to complain about how the young generation doesn't know what hard work is? Post it in here! Are there some birds that need yelled or do you have neighbors that play music too loud? We'd love to hear about it! Did you fill your diapers and want to complain about the poor quality of Chinese products? Please regale us!

So if you can barely see letters in this thread without zooming in, but refuse to give up your drivers license, we'd love to read what you have to tell us! Come on in, bring your Werther's candy, and folksy tales of how things used to be!

I was young and narcissistically naive once "just like you". Thought I would stay young forever and why do old people do what they do so slowly and always talk about their health. The "2nd law of thermodynamics"(everything is breaking down over time) set in when sin entered the world. Now I truly understand what my grandparents were talking about.

It's relative. Compared to most? Yes. Compared to many of us, nope. It would be nice to be 60 again.

I am preparing to retire in 7 or so months. Right now I am just feeling old going to work day after day. Once I retire I hope that the golfing and fishing will rejuvenate me.

20 years ago I had a knee scoped to clean up some meniscus tears. Same knee started bothering me a few months ago so I went back in to the ortho surgeon thinking he could just do it again. His answer after looking at it was your knee is just old. The best option is to just pump cortisone into it until that doesn't resolve the pain. Next up a new knee.
