This is how you turn into petegz28. By refusing to accept reality as the true decider of events.

Sounds like a "new" fan to me. Either that or a flaming dipshit.

Probably both.

I have no idea how you mustered up the fortitude to leave the house after that one. I don't even think I left my bedroom until the next morning. I was done.

The other thing that pisses me off about the Mets "fans" is that the Royals are "lucky" when they win. You know, because the Mets and their limp dick offense and defense are so scary that their urine cures cancer.

I've been a fan of the Royals since inception and I can't recall ever blaming a Royals loss on anyone other than a Royals player, coach or manager. I've been openly critical of Ned on Facebook and Twitter and have openly stated that I didn't like the Cueto trade.

At the end of the day, losses fall squarely on the shoulders of the Royals. Not the umps, not the the other team's "luck" and not the media.

When the Royals lose, it's pretty easy to figure out why.

Last time I blamed the opposition 'cheating' was how mad I got as a kid when I was certain Pete Rose threw his knee into the strike zone to take a HBP in the WS. That's been a while though, . . . and I was a kid.

I may well have posted that somewhere here after the Colts playoff game.

It was something that I had previously agreed to attend. I had warned the Mrs that I may not be in a good mood depending on how the game went, but I had no idea it was going to be such a soul crushing loss that it would make me seriously consider never watching another football game ever again in my life.

You are a better man than me. I'm almost certain I couldn't have gone if I were in your position.

They're team is like a ****ing machine. Unreal.
Even a 10 run lead doesn't feel safe. I hate them.

**** KC and their shitty inbred hillbilly fans.
Now we have to see that ****face Moustakas and his **** buddy Hosmer celebrate.

This is my favorite opponent fan post of all time

Let's face it, MLB fans of other teams aren't used to the way the Royals play. It's a new formula for success.

This Mets forum is full of **** nuts. People wanting to kill themselves? They are in the world series. Enjoy it.

I enjoyed the ride last year... Sucked w didn't win, but this year was a blast.

It was the same thing with the Jays, same thing with the Orioles. Somehow, the only way we get through these games is by dumb luck. As if to say hitting singles, putting the ball in play, and putting pressure on your defense requires no skill. If Mets fans want something to blame, blame the team that lost the game. Blame Cespedes for the 2 huge mistakes he's made so far this series. Blame your shitty defensive infield. If your team is able to make these mistakes in high pressure moments, by definition, you are the worse of the 2 teams. Plain and simple. How people like this can possibly attribute them losing to us being more lucky is beyond me.
