I wasn't being serious with ya. heh Just stating a fact.
EDIT And yes, PS3 FTW. Unfortunately, I am not moving my HDTV to the basement so the PS3 stays upstairs. Xbox gets the SDTV.

I accessed my wireless network by turning on internet sharing on my macbook and connecting laptop to 360 by ethernet.
I would later purchase the ridiculous priced M$ adapter; it works great.

Just ebay or google wireless bridge - it shouldn't be specifically designed for the 360 but it should work. You plug your ethernet cable in from the 360 to the bridge and it converts it to a wireless signal.
Powerline would work for you as well. |

Got a strange issue I wanted to see if anyone has had...or could give me suggestions on possible fixes.
Ok, several different scenario's: 1 - When I plug my headset in, I get no sound through the ear pieces. I can hear people through the speakers, but I do not believe they can hear me. 2 - My son was playing tonight, he could hear through the ear pieces, but the other kid was coming through the speakers as well. The other kid could hear my son talking fine. 3 - Again, with my son playing tonight (he switched games) and now he can hear people through the headset, they can hear him, but it's not coming through the speakers. Initially, I thought it was the headset - or a setting. But I've checked all the settings and everything appears to be normal (Play through headset, not muted, and volume set to 10). And I know the headset is working because my son at least has no problems on our 2nd 360...it works normally. So, I'm assuming that I've messed with a setting somewhere, but I've looked and haven't been able to find it. Any idea's? |

Of course, in the meantime, I decided to just put the hole in the wall for a LAN cable. Hated doing it but oh well.

Generally I do too. It was a brand new wall that I didn't want to put an extra hole in. I just bit the bullet though. heh

Anybody get GTAIV: BoGT yet? It looks pretty fun, especially the base jumping.
