We didn't do it last year but we did it two years ago and I'm bringing it back. Post in here if you want to drop some poundage and I'll add you to the main post. Set yourself a goal and then post in here to be held accountable. If you want....we can track your weight-loss all year long and then crown a winner at the end of the year. I know in the past that posters have put up prizes (not necessary).

Let's do this shit....

FYI: This is not a thread to start arguments over which way is the best way to lose weight. There are different ways for different people. Keep the stupid shit out of this thread.

By the way, for the crockpot dudes who love Indian (Clay, I'm looking at you), Chicken Tikka Masala is insanely easy in a crockpot. I've been doing it a lot lately for my kids, and they love it.

When I did zero carb, I started at 199 lbs and was able to eat how much I wanted for the first 13-14 lbs. After that, I had to cut back on calories a lot to finally lose again (down to 169 lbs). I cut back mostly by eliminating dairy.
