2015 Fantasy Discussion

Drafts coming up in a couple weeks, and I haven't seen a thread yet.

Was wanting to get some input overrated players/sleepers/strategies etc.

I've been going back and forth on what I want to do with my 2nd rounder. I've done a few mocks, and I really want to take Luck in the 2nd.. but I just can't seem to get as good of a team that route.

Also for the later 1st round who do you take out of CJ Anderson, Jeremy Hill, and Demarco Murray? To me its between Murray and CJ.. Leaning towards Murray. I don't think there will be a huge dropoff for him this year like everyone else seems to think

Not a huge sleeper, but I've been taking Jordan Matthews in just about every mock. I think he is going to have a HUGE year and he will be great value. Even Agholor should be a good late pick. Also Martavis Bryant. I think they finally found the guy to take some pressure off of Antonio Brown. Lastly I like Ameer Abdullah.. he should be a great fit in that offense, and I saw that Bell is going to start the season on the PUP

Is it time to give up on Matt Jones? Hasn't done shit since Week 1 and now he's hurt.

Also...which TE should I pickup for my Eifert's bye week this week?

Ebron vs. Vikings
Gillmore vs. Cardinals
Watson vs. Colts
Fleener vs. Saints
Miller vs. Chiefs
Green vs. Raiders

I'd roll Watson. Only because I think there will be a lot of points in that game.

Picked up Diggs last night.

Got offered Martavis Bryant for Justin Forsett.

This is my team.

QB: Rivers, Tannehill
RB: L. Bell, Forsett, Yeldon, C. West, Matt Jones, Duke Johnson
WR: Julio Jones, John Brown, Davante Adams, Kendall Wright, Diggs
TE: Eifert
DEF: Broncos

What do you think of that trade? I might counter with Wright and Forsett for Bryant and Abdullah.

I personally would. I'm big on Bryant. He got what 10 td's or something in half a season as a rookie? I don't trust your WR outside of Julio.. And I think you can get by with your RB. I would try and get Abdullah out of the deal though

After starting out 1-3 I got soooo lucky, because some dipshit dropped Alshon.. Between that and sending a package for Julio in liking my teams chances

12 team league
Stafford/Tyrod
Demarco/Anderson/Randle/Dion Lewis/Michael
Julio/Alshon/Martavis/Matthews
Kelce
McMannus
Rams D

I was rolling with Tyrod until he got hurt. And just this last week picked up Stafford and dropped Tannehill. Not sure if I'll regret that or not. Will probably dump him for Romo in a couple weeks

Anyone got a deep sleeper for the waiver wire this week?

I need a flex spot as a lot of my team is on a bye this week.

So the guy says that he'll do the Forsett/Wright for Abdullah/Bryant deal but I'm having second thoughts. I'm banking a lot on that Steelers offense and giving up my #2 RB. I have to keep looking at it.

Me too, every since Rapelesburger went down I've been picking up a different QB almost every week.
My lineup this week :

QB- M. Stafford
RB- D. Freeman
RB- T. Gurley
WR- M. Bryant
WR- V. Jackson
WR- L. Fitzgerald
TE -J. Witten
K - C Barth
DEF- Rams

I think I'll top 100 points, maybe 120.

I should have prefaced this by saying it's a very competitive 12 team league. The top three are gone and I picked up Robert Woods to fill for a bye week. So that puts the kabob on Hogan.

I'm somewhat considering Conley (ugh) if Maclin is a no go.

Or Mumphrey with Shorts out. Or Bryan Walters of Jax.

I think I'd go with Walters over Conley. How about Stefon Diggs with Minn.

My team has been decimated by injuries, but I'm still #1 in the standings.

This has been the hardest week for me to decide who to start.

I need 3 WR/2RB and a flex out of these players. Note that TY Hilton and Sammy Watkins may not play.

I've been holding out hope that Cruz would be back soon, but maybe it's time for me to let it go?

LaFell, Jeffery, Gordon, and Thompson are all new to my team. That's how shitty injuries hit me last week. I've lost Jamaal Charles, Keenan Allen, and Big Ben (he's back now) this year. It sucks.
