So far, the SEC Network has not provided Nielsen ratings.

The truth is, you can't find anyone else who is delusional enough to say that the SEC Network is a failure. You're the only one delusional enough to say this, especially when financial projections are TWO years ahead of schedule. That doesn't happen if things are not going well.
