Pats Cheating Comfirmed

According to the report, the league sources say the NFL determined 11 of the 12 footballs used by the Patriots were under-inflated by two pounds per square inch each. Per NFL rules, footballs are required to be inflated between 12.5 and 13.5 PSI and weigh between 14 and 15 ounces.

You're delusional if you think the deflator didn't deflate, and if you think for a second he would do it without Brady being on board.

Again with science. What about the refs that checked the pressure.

What about the texts? How can they mean nothing happened?

Do you really think there was no reason to suspect any foul play? Any person doing the investigation would have came to the same conclusion after seeing the video and text messages then getting denied further interviews.

People like you just don't care because it's the Pats. No matter what they do or have done to win games and screw other players out of wins you just don't care.

I am done with you and this topic. You think I'm and idiot but you sound like a complete moron with all your science bullshit and nothing happened crapola. Several circuit judges disagree with you, not just two. That's why there was no explanation.

Brady sits at home for the first four games. Roger wins, end of story.

Ugh. I think we've done this before. I will say this, because the gauges thing is a joke which underlines how the NFL's paid hit team worked their way backwards from a predetermination of guilt:

If the NFL **believed** the stated "best memory" of the ref who checked the pressure as to which gauge he used, then DeflateGate would never have gotten off the ground. Instead, the "experts" tried to explain why the refs memory was wrong, even though the Wells Report otherwise complimented his good memory.

And the two gauges were not remotely similar. One had a much longer, and bent, needle, compared to the other, and a logo.

More here: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...-wells-report/

Quote:
UPDATE 1:25 p.m. ET: As to Anderson’s recollection regarding the gauge used to set the PSI levels before kickoff, his “best recollection” is that he used the gauge with the logo, which generates higher numbers. But he conceded that it’s “certainly possible” he used the other gauge, and the Wells report concludes that he did.

This.

As annoying as the deflategate legal case was, it just further backs Goodell's power to toss out wild and inconsistent punishments, influence and edit the very report of the 'independent' investigator that rationalizes that punishment, and then judge the appeal that the accused then makes over the unfair nature of the process altogether.

The NFLPA obviously can't do anything to stop this. But I wonder how many players/teams are going to get punished before their owners start to feel disgruntled too.

Nah...the Commish operated within the contract (aka the CBA) Tom and the Patriots were appropriately punished for cheating and obstructing the investigation

No No No. It was excessive. The CBA doesn't say you can't obstruct an investigation, lie and deny interviews to the investigators nor does it say that Tom Brady can be suspended.

Roger went over the line actually believing that Title 46 gives him authority to act as the arbitrator and make those decisions even though it says he can.

Brady was treated unfairly says Patriot Nation.

To run the risk of that for the VERY low probability chance that the SCOTUS takes the appeal doesn't make much sense really.

Kraft has lost it. Wow, talk about a guy who's going to lie until he's dead!

http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports...dell/87143898/

Quote:
Saying the quarterback was "denied his right to a fair and impartial process," Kraft once again sharply criticized the league Friday for Brady's punishment and its handling of the Deflategate case as a whole.
"The penalty imposed by the NFL was unprecedented, unjust and unreasonable, especially given that no empirical or direct evidence of any kind showed Tom did anything to violate League rules prior to, during or after the 2015 AFC Championship Game," Kraft said in Friday's statement after Brady announced he would not pursue further legal action. "What Tom has had to endure throughout this 18-month ordeal has been, in my opinion, as far removed from due process as you could ever expect in this country."
Wow, what an idiot! Minimally Tom could have gone to the SCOTUS, but he chose not to.

Brady probably deflated.

Most quarterbacks probably inflate and deflate.

It probably has no outcome on the games.

It was only made a big deal because it's the Pats.

Four games was way overreactive considering the shit that goes down in the NFL; players who commit ACTUAL crimes get far less punishment.

Goodell has way too much power for a commissioner.

Goodell has way too much power for an asshole.

The Pats were probably losing to Arizona and winning the next three, with Brady.

The Pats will probably lose to Arizona and win the next three, with Jimmy G.

Jimmy G will show in the first 4 games that he's a bona-fide stud QB.

Brady will come back in Game 5 with plenty of rest and anger and will ass**** the NFL.

The Patriots will go 18-1 and Brady will retire.

Belichick and Jimmy G will ass**** the NFL and Goodell for another 10 years.

And all the haters can suck it.

It was only made a big deal because it's the Pats. Well, they do have a history of breaking/stretching the rules. Sort of like the teacher who watches the student how has proven to cheat, it's just the way life works.

Four games was way overreactive considering the shit that goes down in the NFL; players who commit ACTUAL crimes get far less punishment. After their history of being creative with the rules, I'm not sure I agree. It's going to take a lot to change the Pat's behavior. That being said, I wish the Chiefs worked on "creativity" a little bit more (because they're in a league where it's the latest fad). So from body shaking hard-counts that don't gets called, to picks that are explained away as rubs (not that we have the talent to execute the rest of the plays), it might be nice if we at least tried.

Goodell has way too much power for a commissioner. Perhaps, but desperate times call for desperate measures. So let's reign him back in after the Pat's quit cheating.

Goodell has way too much power for an asshole. He is an asshole, so I agree with that.

The Pats were probably losing to Arizona and winning the next three, with Brady. With the way the Pats operate, they can win every game. Yes, I'm a little jealous...

The Pats will probably lose to Arizona and win the next three, with Jimmy G. They might win them all with as mad as they'll be. Mad seems to work with Kraft and BB.

Jimmy G will show in the first 4 games that he's a bona-fide stud QB. Hey, Matt Castle did the same thing, then when he left Boston not showed he was ass. So maybe it's the system, coaches, and surrounding cast (willing/forced to die for the team - which is a good thing for the "W" column) too.

Brady will come back in Game 5 with plenty of rest and anger and will ass**** the NFL. Count on it. Between his coaches, surrounding cast (willing/forced to die for the team - which is a good thing for the "W" column), and the man-love the officials have for him (not unlike Manning), plenty of lube will be there to make entry easy.

The Patriots will go 18-1 and Brady will retire. With my luck he won't. The ****er is like ISIS, he just won't quit.

Belichick and Jimmy G will ass**** the NFL and Goodell for another 10 years. Prolly. This is what happens when you have an owner that finds a BB, lets him do all those "I can still see the line, so I much not have stepped over it" things, and makes it all too clear who's in charge (BB). Not to say other owners don't want to win, or aren't trying, but they A) didn't find BB, and they don't appear to be willing/able to implement the rest of the plan.

And all the haters can suck it. Please don't be a dick.
Embedded.

Edit: I really want to **** your Avi...
