Hey I think we may be able to feel better about Gregg Marshall sticking with Wichita State.
Alabama's AD came and went on Monday and after spending 8 hours visiting Wichita, Marshall did not leave on a plane to go visit the Alabama campus. Tuesday at WSU's campus all seemed normal and very routine. This all is according to the Wichita Eagle. Now it seems the University of Texas is zeroing in on Shaka Smart from VCU. From the Bleacher Report:

Chip Brown of Horns Digest reported that the Longhorns are hoping to finalize a deal with Smart. ESPN Insider Jeff Goodman also reported that Texas has "zeroed in" on Smart to become its next head basketball coach.


Can we breathe a sigh of relief maybe?

If so... a Twenty Dancing Banana salute is required!
