Normal game has 12/13 possessions. Chiefs got 7 extra and offense only managed 10 points? That's awful
https://twitter.com/huthutdk/status/781058110542778368

This guy is a ****ing moron. The Chiefs had 9 offensive possessions.

Also, most of the turnovers came when the Chiefs already had a comfortable lead, and were running the clock out. Two of the turnovers were returned for TD's. Should've had 7 more on the board if it weren't for that fluky fumble out the endzone.

Was it a great, or even good offensive perfomance? No, but it wasn't nearly as bad as this biased pillowbitergot wants to pretend. I bet he didn't shit on any of the Broncos wins last year because of their inept offense, especially one they won by 20 ****ing points.

That's part of predicting though. Not seeing things coming is part of it, not an asterisk.
Exactly. We all thought KC was a playoff team last season. But no one thought they'd start 1-5. That's all part of it.

That was specifically about the Broncos. I'm still optimistic about the Chiefs, and anybody who's not is still a dumbass.

That was my only point. "Nobody saw that coming" isn't true when it came to Denver. I didn't, but I'm sure some did. Can't say well nobody saw it coming so you really can't blame me for being wrong. No, we did not do a good job of predicting that. I figured they would be 2-1 at best.

I would think most are still optimistic about KC, especially if they stay/get healthy.

Fair enough. From where I sit that offense isn't getting anybody anywhere and the D isn't scaring anyone but as you say it's still early.

You mean the defense that is currently top 5 in PPG and #1 in turnovers?

We might no be quite the Broncos/Vikings/Seahawks level of defense right now without Houston, but we're still right there.

Our defense really isn't that scary.

They lack a certain nastiness. More spears, head shots, and late hits are required.

That would be a good start. A DC, a couple of quality DBs, LB, and a pass rusher or two would also help.

now watch staylor's head explode
