Nagys offense
With the sudden explosion in offense under Nagy, what should we expect from Kareem Hunt tomorrow?
He wasnt really involved in last weeks game plan. Is it primarily a passing attack? If so, why isnt Hunt more involved, he was earlier in the season.
Do we give him 20+ carries?

I expect the defense will adjust, first off by not using the ridiculous man coverage with a single high look the Jets gave him. My guess is defenses will play 8 in the box less which is good for hunt, and therefore good for Alex Smith too. They'll honor the deep pass more. But I don't think the explosion is sustainable. Defenses good at mixing up aggressive zone looks are going to be a problem. Teams that do that well can probably just as effectively beat our offense and stack the box at the same time.

I'll be on a plane from SFO to NYC during the game. Chose a Virgin America Flight for the in-seat TVs but pretty sure the feed is from NY and I'll be getting the Giants game. I'll have to "watch" the updated Game Center thingy on NFL.com turrible.

If Nagy wants to get Hunt rolling again, he has to understand that he needs to use the deep passing game to get it done. It's been ridiculous to watch every team from the Stealer game on play the same defense against us and win - sell out against the run, back off into short zones if a pass, and play a basic Cover 2 over the top that Alex can't seem to figure out (before last week, anyway).

We need to get teams to commit to the pass so we can get Hunt back on track.
