Quentin Tarantino latest project
Quentin Tarantino, known for his graphic and violent films, is reportedly tackling a real-life crime for his next project: a film about the Manson family murders.
The Hollywood Reporter said on Tuesday that the project is still in its early stages. Mr. Tarantino is almost finished writing the script, according to the report, and actors including Brad Pitt and Jennifer Lawrence have been approached. Charles Manson and his disciples have inspired a number of recent films and TV series, although Mr. Tarantino’s would be the highest profile yet. Mr. Manson orchestrated killings in Southern California in 1969, with a group of men and women he called “the Family.” One of their victims was the actress Sharon Tate, the pregnant wife of the director Roman Polanski, who will reportedly be a focus of Mr. Tarantino’s film. The dark material is nothing new for Mr. Tarantino, a writer and director of “Inglourious Basterds” and “Django Unchained,” among others. His most recent film was “The Hateful Eight” (2015). Plans call for shooting to begin next year, The Hollywood Reporter said. A representative for William Morris Endeavor, an agency reportedly involved in marketing the film to studios, did not immediately respond to request for comment. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/12/m...nson-film.html I'm sure this will be ****ing insane |

Hopefully it's better than that last snoozer he made. I dig QT movies, hope he isn't getting past his prime.
And please god no Samuel L. In this one.

Looks like Leonardo Dicaprio got the lead role. Hell yeah!
http://deadline.com/2018/01/leonardo...ng-1202241971/ DiCaprio’s will play an aging actor in the story that is being kept under wraps but is a Pulp Fiction-esque movie set in the 1969 Los Angeles during the summer of the Manson murders. Set for an August release in 2019. can't wait |

RIP to Quentin Tarantino's career. Uma Thurman destroyed him and of course Harvey.
I think Leonardo will probably back out now . https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/03/o...-is-angry.html |

Agreed. But, according to Uma herself, he went hard at basically his boss, he could have lost his movie funding, made an enemy. Got in Weinstein's face and confronted him as soon as he heard. Thats a helluva better reaction that most had when they heard about Weinstein.

Really hope you're right . Perhaps I jumped the gun here. I really really want Tarantino to continue to make films and work with the top A List talent. also, really intrigued by his Star Trek idea. Here's hoping this all blows over and Dicaprio stays on and works with QT.
