Maybe if the field looked like that, there would not have been so many injuries.

Good for you. I'm a fan of father/child (or mother/child, I suppose) trips when they're around that age. I've gone on several with my daughters and they've been real memory makers. I'm glad you saw a good game.

Oh by the way if you are ever in Downtown Indianapolis.... Go to the Yard House by the stadium. Great food and a 122 beers on tap. Yes 122 on tap. It was awesome and a long time coming. Even if the turf hates our players. Quote:
I must say this was an awesome trip. Evan if the Chiefs would not have won, it still would have been an awesome trip. Son will probably not get it till a few years down the road but the Chiefs game was secondary. (Still important mind you) Got to spend a lot of quality time with my son and see a Chief's vindication at Indianapolis. Doesn't get much better than that.

Even when we were handing them their ass for 3 quarters, folks were cool about it. And when they came back, their fans were damn near apologetic. I find that most people with 'asshole fans' stories are kinda assholes in their own right.

Not one issue fully decked out in Chiefs gear. This is the first year we all didnt go to Chiefs@Indy in a while. Never ever had one issue there.. Ive even met another CPer out there (GrandLama) he hung out at our tailgate with other Colts fans and no issues... But yes "asshole fans" usually have issues with other "asshole fans". |
