Appears at a cursory review the cold concentrate is higher (which makes sense), but the diluted version most people drink is less. |

Yeah that's how I looked at it too. Although the concentrate is what I use for making Fraps and whatnot, since I'm cutting it with an equal part of milk. For my morning cup of Joe, I just hot brew with the Bunn. Save the good stuff for when I'm just chillin out smoking a cigar on a hot summer afternoon.

Yeah we switched to a French press a few months back and rarely ever use the traditional coffee maker anymore.
Bring water to almost a boil 3 tablespoons of course ground coffee in the press Pour the water over the grounds and give it a quick stir and let it get to close to room temp with the plunger on top but not pressed down. Stir and push plunger half way down and put in fridge overnight. In the morning remove the plunger and give it another good stir Push the plunger all the way down and pour. My fav is to blend that with milk, sugar and a little melted caramel. |

If you aren't getting enough flavor out of the fridge, just leave it on the counter top until the last hour or two before consuming. The extra 30 or so degrees from 40-70 F will boost extraction a bit.

If you want a cold drink in the morning try Orange Juice geez everyone know this. Isn't enough that everything is being sissified that now we must pussify hot coffee? A real man guzzles boiling coffee till his lips need skin grafts.
