Breakfast/brunch in KC
A couple I know are going to be visiting KC and asked for some restaurant suggestions. I told them Q39 and Joe's for BBQ, Westport Flea Market for a burger, but they asked about breakfast/brunch and I was stumped. Haven't lived there since '98 so I don't have a clue. Suggestions?

Room 39 is very good. There're two; on on 39th St by KU Med and one in Mission Farms at about 105th and Mission Rd. Highly recommended!

One of my little ones goes there quite a bit, well not so little anymore. 15 and they told us no way she would make it 6 months, then we went to children's mercy.

For the rest of you... Mixing Bowl Noshery on Broadway and Southwest Trafficway (southwest Crossroads area) is a little corner place with two old tatted up owners who are the nicest people you'll ever meet.

Loaded hashers with gravy or the flapjacks are on point.

All you can eat biscuits sausage and gravy on saturday morning is like 8 bucks
